You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td786 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the td786 Platform without prior written authorisation from td786.
• Use the td786 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on td786 Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of td786 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td786 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the Platform, whether arising from game outcomes, sportsbook results, or bonus play.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, network issues, or force majeure events.

Any genuine cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (i.e., funds not derived from unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

td786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
